A Passion Ignited

 

My journey in the world of makeup artistry began in 1997, and it’s been an incredible ride ever since. After completing the Makeup Artistry course in Johannesburg, I returned to my home country, Zimbabwe, with a burning passion to pursue a creative career. Little did I know that this decision would lead to years of exciting experiences and opportunities.

 

Local and International Exposure

 

I had the privilege of working on both local and international advertising campaigns, honing my skills and artistry. One of the most thrilling aspects was collaborating with international film companies that chose the picturesque landscapes of Zimbabwe as their backdrop. These experiences broadened my horizons and allowed me to fine-tune my craft while working with diverse clients.

 

London Calling

 

In 2007, I decided to take a leap of faith and move to the vibrant city of London. There, I enrolled in a Hair and Makeup Artistry course at Greasepaint. My belief in constant evolution led me to seek out new techniques and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry. This commitment to growth has been instrumental in my career journey.

 

A Varied and Exciting Career

 

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in various facets of the makeup and hair industry. Every day brings something new and exciting. What truly fascinates me is the opportunity to collaborate with inspiring individuals from all walks of life and visit stunning locations. It’s incredibly rewarding to enhance someone’s natural beauty and witness the boost in confidence that this transformation brings.
